Instructions:
  • Heat the fryer to 200 ºC.
  • Cut the potatoes into the shape that you want.
  • Place the potatoes in a bowl and coat them in olive oil.
  • Place the potatoes in the fryer basket and then cook for 20 minutes or more.
  • When done, remove the potatoes from the fryer and season with salt and pepper.

  • When the drumsticks become brown lower the the temperature to 150º C and keep cooking for next ten minutes.

  • Add the pan into the frying basket.
  • Choose the bake setting.

  • Remove the foil and add the remaining cheese.
